Common questions

Why does the micro card say the stop isn’t a whole number of ticks?
Some micro contracts move in bigger steps than their standard contract (for example M6E moves 0.0001, 6E moves 0.00005). Use an even number of 6E ticks to size both.

Why do I need to enter a USD rate for some Forex pairs?
For pairs not quoted in USD (like USD/JPY or EUR/GBP), the app needs the dollar value of one unit of the quote currency. The app has no live prices, so you enter it. For USD/xxx pairs in Entry / Stop mode, tap “Use 1 ÷ entry”.

Does the risk include commissions?
Yes, if you enter your fees in My rules (Markets tab). Slippage and price gaps are not included, so real losses can be larger.

How do I move my data to a new phone?
Open Markets, tap Back up, and save the file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive or your email. On the new phone, tap Restore and pick that file.

I already bought the Unlock. How do I get it back?
Tap Restore purchase on the unlock screen, signed in with the same Apple or Google account.

Only on your phone. See the privacy policy.
